Payment Details 💳
- We provide quick online booking safely encrypted via TidyCal. All payments are securely processed via Square.- Clients are sent a payment link encrypted by Square only after a service is booked. Payment preferences and information is taken at the beginning to secure a booking.- A refund is automatically applied if a cancellation is requested at least 24 hours in advance.- We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of £28.00.- All consultations are free for the first 60 minutes. In-person consultations that extend beyond the initial 60 minutes are charged at £15 per hour.- Recurring, subscriptions or one-off options are available. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.- All clients will receive an invoice and confirmation of service before/after each appointment.

1. About UsFresh + Clean Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides professional cleaning and related services to commercial, rental, residential, and small business properties. Services may be delivered by subcontracted cleaning professionals or independent contractors working on our behalf.By booking or using our services, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms of Service.2. Scope of ServicesWe provide cleaning services including, but not limited to:- Office and commercial cleaning
- Rental and Airbnb turnover cleaning
- Real estate and staging cleans
- Small business and studio spaces
- Residential/home units (limited)
- Specific services, frequency, duration, and pricing are determined at the time of booking or agreement.Unless explicitly agreed in writing, services do not include:- Hazardous or biohazard waste removal
- Crime scene or trauma cleaning
- Removal of construction equipment or large piles of building debris not agreed to prior to appointment.
- Severe mold remediation
- Pest control
- Exterior window cleaning for large commercial buildings or towers.Any related modifications or custom services must be requested prior to booking an appointment.3. Subcontracting & WorkforceCleaning services may be performed by:- Subcontracted cleaning companies
- Self-employed sole traders
- Independent contractorsAll service personnel operate under our direction for the purposes of service delivery. We reserve the right to rotate staff or subcontractors at any time.To the best of our knowledge and based on reasonable checks conducted, all individuals providing services on our behalf:- Have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom; and
- Have undergone appropriate background and security checks (such as DBS checks), where applicable or required for the nature of the work.
- The Client acknowledges that individual cleaners are not employees of the Client and should not be treated as such.4. Access & Site ConditionsThe Client is responsible for:- Providing safe and timely access to the property
- Ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are available
- Securing pets and personal belongings
- Disclosing alarms, access codes, or special requirementsWe reserve the right to refuse or suspend service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or materially different from what was disclosed at booking.5. Pricing, Payment & Authorization- Prices are agreed at booking or contract stage.
- A valid payment method must be agreed to or held on file.
- Payments are processed securely through Square, our third-party payment processor.Payment is typically charged or sent through an encrypted link before service completion, unless otherwise agreed.By booking, the Client authorizes Fresh + Clean Solutions Ltd to charge the payment method on file for completed services in accordance with these Terms.Failed payments, chargebacks, or disputes may result in:- Immediate suspension of services
- Additional administrative fees
- Collection actions where appropriate6. Discounts & Promotional OffersIntroductory or promotional discounts (including “new customer” or “welcome” offers):- Apply once per company, property, or household
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- May be withdrawn if misusedWe reserve the right to remove or reverse a discount if we reasonably determine that it has been applied multiple times by the same organization, property, or related party using different contact details.7. Quality Assurance & Issue ReportingWe aim to deliver consistent, professional service.If there is an issue with service quality:
- It must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- Reports must include clear details and, where possible, photographsWe will assess concerns and, at our discretion:
- Arrange a re-clean of affected areas; or
- Offer a partial credit
- Offer a full refundRefunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.8. Damage & LiabilityWe take reasonable care while performing services. However:- Pre-existing damage, wear, or fragile items are not our responsibility
- We are not liable for damage caused by faulty fixtures, unsecured items, or normal wear and tear
- Any alleged damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the cost of the service provided.9. Cancellations & ChangesCancellation and rescheduling terms are communicated at booking.Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.10. Health, Safety & Refusal of ServiceWe reserve the right to refuse, stop, or modify services if:
- Conditions pose a health or safety risk
- Illegal activity is suspected
- Access is denied or misrepresented
- Staff or subcontractors are subjected to harassment or unsafe conditions11. No Guarantee of OutcomesCleaning is a manual service. While we strive for high standards:- We do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, marks, or odors
- Results may vary based on condition, materials, and prior maintenance12. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law:- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the service provided
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under UK law.13. Termination of ServiceWe reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion for:- Repeated non-payment
- Abuse of staff or subcontractors
- Breach of these Terms
- Misuse of discounts or promotions14. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.15. ContactFresh + Clean Solutions Ltd.
